YOUR LIFE IS A REFLECTION
OF YOUR BELIEFS!
Seeing is not believing - believing is seeing.
You see things not as they are, but as YOU are.

The function of the mind is to create coherence between what we believe and the reality we experience.
If you believe there is a threat, signals of threat will be released into the blood to prepare the cells to be “on guard.” However the problem with this automated response it, there may actually be no real threat!
Cells do not know if the threat is real or not because the cells only respond to the chemicals – they don’t see the real environment.
Therefore - if we believe we are under threat or stress, we manifest stress in our physiology even if the environment in which we live in not really promoting that.
It is therefore imperative to know how to identify and change beliefs that perpetuate reactive stress responses into beliefs that promote balance and wellbeing.
Beliefs, usually subconscious, are the cumulative effect of life-long programming. As a result of past experiences, we at times think and behave in self-defeating ways.
Conscious thoughts can be changed easily by receiving new information: reading, having a conversation or seeing the results of your actions. If conscious knowledge was all that was needed, experiencing success in all areas of life would be easy.
However, unless changes are made at the subconscious level of mind, where all real and lasting change occurs, undesirable reactions and behaviours are likely to persist and like Sisyphus, we’re left eternally pushing our goals uphill, only to have them roll back upon us.
Subconscious beliefs have far reaching consequences. They affect moods, relationships, job performance, prosperity, self-esteem, and even physical health.

The secret to life is BELIEF. Rather than our genes, it is our beliefs that control our lives.
